As part of a major refurbishment of a large rural property in Solihull, a request was received from the owner wishing to create a tennis and multi use sports area in the lower garden of the property.

Construction commenced on a championship size tennis court. A tarmac base with a synthetic short pile sand dressed carpet was laid with a sand infill and tennis lines.

Fully fenced 3 meter high weldmesh fencing followed onto Rolled Hollow section posts with a brick pavior mowing trim.

Lighting was installed using an Advantage column floodlighting system and 5 a side goals with Anchors, tennis nets and posts completed the court ready for use.

The project was completed from a green field site in 6 weeks.
