Why don't they use live Hawkeye in the Grand Slam finals?
Live Hawkeye technology is not used in the Grand Slam finals because the technology is not yet advanced enough to be consistently accurate. The cost of implementing Hawkeye is also a factor, as well as the fact that the technology can be too slow to keep up with the fast pace of the game. Additionally, the technology can be unreliable in certain conditions, such as when the ball is travelling across the court at an angle. It is also important to note that the players and umpires may not be comfortable with the technology being used. For these reasons, while Hawkeye technology is used in some tennis tournaments, it is not used in the Grand Slam finals.
